Sumitomo Electric Industries, an electric wire and optical fiber cables manufacturer headquartered in Japan, has signed a six-year lease to fill a recently completed warehouse completed late last year near Toronto Pearson International Airport.
The company will occupy all 341,130 square feet of the Class A industrial building at 307 Orenda Road in Brampton, ON. Sumitomo is expected to take possession of the property next month.
