The JBG Cos. will shift its corporate headquarters to a new trophy building the firm is set to develop at the corner of Woodmont and Bethesda Avenues in downtown Bethesda, MD.
The largest development company in the Washington, D.C. area had been looking to secure an anchor tenant for its new 300,000-square-foot, 14-story project at 4747 Bethesda Ave. before going vertical with the development.
