Jim McIntosh has been hired by Lennard Commercial Realty as the firm's senior vice president of investment sales.
The 30-year industry veteran joins Lennard from Colliers International where he worked as a senior vice president. His main focus will include investment brokerage, preferred client advisory and private capital investment.
Lennard Commercial’s North office is located in suite 201 are 60 Columbia Way in Markham, Ontario L3R 0C9.
