Ryerson University has purchased the 24,276-square-foot office building at 104 Bond St in Toronto's Downtown North area from Shaw Laboratory for $10.25 million, or about $422 per square foot.
This deal was structured as a sale leaseback, with Ryerson University looking to redevelop the property once the four-year lease term is up with the vendor.
